About me
I’m Jeeva, currently pursuing my MSCS at Georgia Tech. If you look at my GitHub, you see code. If you look at my LinkedIn, you see job titles. But here is the story behind them:
I believe that a machine learning model is only as good as the problem it solves. That belief has taken me from parsing 100GB of underwater audio/glider data to protect North Atlantic Right Whales (which led to a publication in Nature Scientific Reports), to building real-time energy dashboards that help balance the US power grid. I don't just want to improve accuracy metrics in a notebook. I want to ship systems that work in the wild.
I’ve always been a builder at heart. Research taught me how to reason about hard problems; software engineering taught me how to deliver solutions at scale. That’s why my projects range from ML systems that forecast energy demand, to web apps that thousands of students rely on, to automation tools I create simply because they’re fun. Each one is a chance to learn something new and turn curiosity into something tangible.
Feel free to check out my code on GitHub or connect with me on LinkedIn.
What I Do
-
Backend Engineering
Create reliable, scalable APIs using Django, Flask, and Node.js, backed by optimized SQL/NoSQL data models (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis) built for real-world traffic.
-
Machine Learning
Develop end-to-end ML systems with PyTorch and Scikit-learn — from vision models and time-series forecasting to large-scale training pipelines and generative models deployed in production.
-
Full-Stack Development
Build high-performance web apps with React and TypeScript, designing intuitive UIs that integrate smoothly with robust backend architectures.
-
Cloud & DevOps
Deploy and manage cloud systems on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines — ensuring fault-tolerant, production-ready performance at scale.
